CW Resources is looking for a Program Coordinator to assist our Watertown Rehabilitation Campus. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to make a difference and have fun working with individuals with disabling conditions!

What are the job duties of a Program Coordinator?
  • Supervises, instructs and reviews rehab employees’ job performance to ensure that, services are provided in a safe and effective manner and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for day to day coordination of work site assignments, programs and activities while ensuring that the needs of people served are being met in accordance with the documented Rehabilitation plans.
  • Monitor employee schedules and adherence to schedules
  • Work with staff to complete all required paperwork including consumer documentation, first report of injury, incident reports, facility inspections, etc.
  • Involved with employee and consumer training; ensuring that training requirements are met and coordinating required training, as needed
  • May work with the manager and the landlord on building issues, as needed. 
  • Remain in communication with work site contacts to review CW performance, resolve issues as they arise and maintain a positive work relationship
  • May assist in payroll and activity tracking for staff and those served.
  • Supervise Rehab employee’s hours, job performance and vacation time in accordance with CW Resources, Inc. policies and procedures. This includes assisting in training new staff or retraining existing staff.
  • Assures that all health and safety regulations are strictly enforced. Monitors site for potential hazards.
  • Monitors the program site to ensure that it is running smoothly while looking for areas of possible and continuous improvement. May have to attend to the personal care issues of others.
  • Will participate in programs with participants as time allows. Will cover job sites and activities when staff are absent.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Must work to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed
  • Must be able to fill out all required paperwork
  • Must be able to follow all directions
What are the qualifications & educational requirements?
  • Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary Course Work
  • Experience in the field may replace some educational requirements.
  • Computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license

  • While performing the duties of this job the incumbent will have to sit, stand and or walk for the majority of the shift. The incumbent is required to regularly talk or hear while fulfilling the duties of the job. The incumbent may have to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 75 pounds. The employee must have a clean driving record as they may have to act as a backup driver.
